Made from specially selected Tsitska grapes from the Telavi region hand-picked in boxes. The wine is made according to the centuries-old Kakhetian method, with full fermentation and maturation in a avevri on wine lees and arape skins. It is characterized by citrus and ripe apple aromas, light acidity and a delicate structure. Due to minimal filtration, a smal amount of noble lees is permissible.
